Tiffani S. Taylor was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She graduated from Immaculate Conception High School in Memphis in 1990. In 1994, Ms. Taylor graduated Summa cum Laude from The University of Mississippi with degree in Business Administration. She received her Juris Doctor from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 1997.

After her admittance to the Bar, she began serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Shelby County. Ms. Taylor worked as a prosecutor for 9 years handling all manner and types of criminal cases. During her tenure at the District Attorney’s office, Ms. Taylor worked in every division of General Sessions and Criminal Court and was assigned to the Gang and Narcotics Prosecution Unit. As a result of her tenure as a prosecuting attorney, Tiffani Taylor gained extensive jury trial experience which she is now utilizing in the private sector.

Her work as a prosecutor allowed her to gain insight into all aspects of the criminal justice system and courtroom which serve an important role in her representation of clients in all areas of her practice.  Since leaving the district attorney’s office, the primary focus of Ms. Taylor’s practice is now civil litigation, specifically divorce, family law, and bankruptcy.  Ms. Taylor is a member of the Memphis Bar Association.
